With over 10 years of experience managing and executing projects in the generation industry Jason serves as the Principal Consultant for RedShift 

Jason has worked in various roles during his career, from acting owner's project manager, to commissioning & testing engineer, project and site manager for major turbine generator refurbishments, and techincal field advisor

These roles have led him to work for large clients such as SaskPower, Voith, BC Hydro, Kiewit, Manitoba Hydro, & Rio Tinto, among others

Jason is well experienced in project management focused activities, change management, stakeholder engagement, cost control, claim management, scheduling, and estimating
